Over the weekend, the remote login page was changed..
If your student is having issues please follow the directions attached to clear the browsing history, cookies and cache. Once they clear the data, please have them restart their laptop.
Please ask the student to be logged into the chrome browser with their HISD email accounts (email@example.com)
If their personal email is logged in anywhere in Chrome, it may not allow them to login and/or it will kick them out of a district program they may be in that requires a single sign on (HUB, OnTrack, etc)
Also make sure your student is logging in : Student\username
