Grants

The 2023-24 online grant request form will officially open up on August 15th!

The PTO is offering grants for Teachers, Staff, School Sponsored Clubs, and Teams based on an application completion and review process. Please take advantage of the money that has been set aside for the grants.

Below is a link to the form, which can be completed and submitted electronically. Grants can be used for anything needed in the classroom, on the field or for students’ education or enrichment. The maximum grant is $1,000, but special consideration will be given to requests over that threshold where warranted.

Grant applications are due at the end of each month for presentation at the following PTO Board meeting.

A Grant Committee has been put into place that will review all applications collectively based on a standard rubric and vote on which grants will be recommended to the PTO Board for approval. It is very important that the application be completed as requested, otherwise it will be turned back to you for more information.

Note: Cash will not be distributed, absent extenuating circumstances. All grants must be for future events/needs. The PTO will either make your purchase directly or distribute a check directly to the vendor.
